The Yorkshire Dales.

Well my couple of days in the Dales has come to an end now, but they really were something.
Malham Cove was just incrediable. I loved every second of that place. The walk was a nightmare, well it was just so hot and carrying my 5x4 camera was not the easiest of object to carry. But it was one of those things that was so worth all the pain and time. The view was just breathtaking. You could see for miles and miles and because we had such hot, clear weather it was all perfect. The limestone was my favourite part of it, I just loved all of the textures of the stone and the way it was all formed thousands and thousands of years ago. So interesting. I would love to do that walk all over again but maybe climb it early in the morning and then watch the sun come up over the view. Lets hope the negatives come out alright.

Aylsgarth was where we were situated and that again is a beautiful hamlet. We were only down the road from Aylsgarth Falls which is stunning. We spend a good proportion of the day there were we just chilled by the water, listening to it crash onto the rocks and oh it was lovely. I did not take as many photos down there I must admit because I had already been there before and photographed the area I didn't want to repeat myself. If that makes any sense? But it was a lovely location and I would recommend it to everyone. Oh, we (Victoria and myself) also got 'fan girled' but a lovely chap because we were using film cameras, arh! We are so famous :)

These are just some small images that I did on the old iPhone, hopefully the negatives will come out, I will post them up when they do.
