The reel on the camera is not connecting the the film reel.
So the old boffin family have come to the conclusion that we need to make the tooth on the camera reel bigger burr!
So with the amazing ability of super glue and some wood we have made the tooth bigger. Not sure if it will work yet but we will just have to wait and see. I hope it does, I really do not want to use digital for my video piece. Wont have the same aspects as cine film.
Finished the roll of 35mm film today as well, nothing to be proud off. Just a record of so I know what I am doing. At least something is working for this project.
Todays reading has been on Neo-realism and Third World Cinema. There is only so much reading of these themes I can do in a day, my brain was on overload.
And what am I doing now? Well not sleeping, that would be the wise option, no am going to start on my essay plan ready for tutorials and possible general banter tomorrow.
